Lifestyle Mortgage is on of San Antonio's oldest residential mortgage banking firms and offers flexibility that is unusual in the mortgage industry. Lifestyle's in-house underwriter and closer enables us to handle all loan processes internally and control each aspect of home purchase or refinance. Loan Officer's will originate mortgage loans from own sources while developing ongoing relationships with Builders, Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Attorneys, Financial advisors and CPA's. Make presentations on loan products and services for the purpose of generating Mortgage loans. Meet with clients to Pre-qualify and evaluate financing needs.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCED goal orientated professionals who are self motivated, proven leaders in mortgage lending sales with the ability to meet production standards. Loan Officers with 3+ years in Mortgage Origination. Specializing in Prime, Refinance and First Time home buyers. Experience in originating FHA, VA, Texas Vet, and Conventional loans. Maintain contact throughout the loan process. Demonstrate working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office software, Calyx Point and automated underwriting systems. Ability to communicate effectively. Excellent customer service with availability to assist customers on evenings and weekends. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with internal support staff to ensure the timely completion of each loan. Bilingual encouraged to apply.
